SHIPPING


When will I get my order?

In short, it depends on where you are. Orders placed for delivery within the Continental United States (also known as the Mainland) will generally ship within 2-3 business days from the heart of the Midwest. Any orders placed Mon-Fri, and before 3 pm CST will be processed that same day. Most orders in the United States take 2-5 days for receipt. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please see the COVID Update section on this page.


How do I track my order?

We understand you want to keep tabs on your PickSticks. We send you a shipment notification when your order leaves our warehouse with a tracking number. Just click on the number, and you will be redirected to your courier's web page, where you can track it until it's delivered to your door or PO box.


Do you ship overseas?

Yeah, we've gone global with this! That being said, shipping costs will apply and will be visible during your checkout. To offset these costs may we suggest buying in bulk - you could save nearly 40% on your order! Not to mention this will help make sure you have a nice little stash conveniently located in your very own home. Please note overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive, so order accordingly.


Oops. I gave the wrong address

We all make mistakes. If you just submitted an order and realized the incorrect shipping information was used, your best chance to correct this is to contact us via phone at (800) 370-0317. Have your order number ready, and will try to help you correct the situation. Please note we can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

How much Caffeine is in one toothpick?

According to some real sciency-looking people in a real lab, we can proudly tell you that each Caffeine Pick contains up to 10 MG of caffeine and 30 MCG of B12 per toothpick.


How do I use PickSticks?

This part is pretty dang easy. Whenever you can’t or don’t want to have coffee, grab a PickStick. Then, simply place a single toothpick in your mouth between your cheek and gums and allow the caffeine to absorb into your bloodstream. You’ll experience a peppery feeling with a burst of your selected flavor. We recommend rotating the unused end of the toothpick to the other side of your mouth and enjoying it in the same manner. A slight chew on the toothpick will aid in a speedier release of caffeine. Please chew lightly, as toothpicks are a choking hazard and should not be swallowed. Avoid rubbing your eyes after handling toothpicks. Discontinue use and contact your primary care provider if you experience any of the following symptoms: persistent irritation, sore jaw, chest pain, irregular or rapid heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, or weakness.


Why would someone use this product instead of just drinking coffee?

When you don't have caffeine access, you can keep the toothpicks with you and carry them anytime. The toothpicks won't stain your teeth like drinking regular coffee and won't upset your stomach. These toothpicks will help you keep alert while driving, studying, or working. The caffeine is sublingually absorbed through your cheek and gum. Sublingual absorption means that the caffeine goes straight into your bloodstream, so the effects are much faster than swallowing the caffeine(anything swallowed has to go through your stomach, which takes longer, and 30% to 40% of the caffeine isn't processed through your system). The effects are felt immediately. And lastly, Our toothpicks have B12 in them as well, which is a wonderful vitamin we all need.

Can I sign up for your newsletter?

Yes! Knowledge is power, and we want to keep you informed of all the wonderful discounts, exclusive offers, and product updates we have. Don’t worry; we try really hard not to be overly obnoxious with our newsletters, don’t believe us - give it a try.


Do you offer customization of bundles and variety packs?

You know what you like. We can appreciate that. Our website doesn’t currently have the capability of customizing bulk packages online. However, we do try to offer various bundling options - 3, 6, 12, and 25 tube counts - so you can mix and match as you see fit. Can I buy PickSticks at the store?

We're trying to make PickSticks as accessible as possible. Tell your local retailers how amazing our product is, and if they aren't selling now...perhaps they will be soon. But until that day comes, your best bet is to order directly from our online store. Consider signing up for our new subscription program. Your favorites could be delivered directly to you every month! How's that for convenience!?!

How do I access/create an account?

Click here to access your account or navigate to the left-hand corner. You’re gonna look for three lines/dots - our techies call this the hamburger icon - but we don’t really see the resemblance. Once clicked, a side menu will appear; you’ll either “Account” (this option means you or someone before you is already logged in) or “Login” (if you haven’t logged in or aren’t sure if you have an account). You will be navigated to your “Login”/”Account” page. If you were not logged in, you would be asked to provide your email and password or “Create an Account.” Once logged in, you will be navigated to your “Account” page. Sharing the computer/phone with someone else? Don’t forget to log out after accessing your account. Our product is intended for those 15+. We are committed to prohibiting the usage of our product by children under the age of 15. In addition, logging out of your account helps keep your information safe. It's a win/win.


How do I change my Subscription payment information?

Simple. Just log on to your account - which can be accessed through the right-hand menu icon (select either “Account” or “Login” from the side menu). From there, you will be redirected to Login or (if already logged in) directly to your “Account” page.

the section - “Account Details,” you will select the “Manage Subscription,” then the “Payment Information” tab, and then “Edit” (look to the right of the payment information drop-down). Enter the new credit card information and click “Save Changes.”


How do I pause/resume my subscription?

The wonderful thing about your subscription is that it puts you in control. You can change it, pause it, or resume it at any time. First, “Login” to your account; if you don’t think you have one, you can select “Create Account” or “Forgot Password.” If you have an account, you will get an email to reset it. Once logged into your account, look under the section - “Account Details." You will select “Manage Subscription,” then under “Subscription Status,” select "Resume/Pause Subscription."

It’s that simple! NOTE: If you are attempting to Pause a subscription, you have recently received a shipping notice, for it is best to call. We may miss your email before your product ships.

Under the section - “Account Details”, you will select “Manage Subscription,” then “Payment Information” tab and then “Edit” (look to the right of the payment information drop down).  Enter the new credit card information and click “Save Changes”.
